After 20 years’ experience as an Executive Coach, HR Manager, Mediator, Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Executive Recruiter and Management Consultant, David Taubman established The Path to Great Culture to deliver reasonably priced, high quality coaching and corporate training. Like the wolf in his logo, it is his corporate mission to be a pathfinder helping others break through and achieve their goals whilst using their strengths, their independent spirit and with thriving connections.

He was recognised and awarded for his leadership and promoted early in his career whilst shifting focus and industries on a number of occasions. This includes executive leadership roles in sports and events, the private sector, State Government and Local Government. All the while, David continued to gain momentum as a highly energetic and passionate leadership coach with a clear methodology for change. Significantly, he also developed an array of tools that support and protect your resilience having moved his young family interstate and then experiencing and fighting back after the trauma of cancer. He is incredibly well supported by his beautiful wife and blessed with 3 young children.
David Taubman has an Executive Coaching accreditation from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. This is supplemented by a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Deakin University and tertiary studies in Human Resources Management and Marketing Management at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. In addition, he is a Nationally Accredited Mediator through LEADR (the Association of Dispute Resolvers).
