As a qualified Executive Coach with IECL and after 20 years’ experience as an HR Manager, Mediator, Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Executive Recruiter and Management Consultant, I have coached people from all backgrounds, personalities, pressures and mindsets.  My experiences can assist you in multiple different ways.
